SUN = Brutal Pop music. Pop mixed with Metal. Since the age of 13 Karoline Rose Sun, aka SUN, has screamed, growled and played the guitar in metal bands, sung and acted in French mainstream musicals, produced a Lo-Fi experimental EP, and then created her own genre: « Brutal Pop ». Before SUN's first video came out in 2019, she got selected to play at The Great Escape festival in Brighton and Les Trans Musicales de Rennes. In 2020, she has been acclaimed as a performer and actress, bringing Her Music into contemporary theatre pieces at the prestigious Festival d’Avignon and touring all over Europe. Her unique talent inspired movie director Tony Gatlif. Karoline Rose SUN plays a leading female role in Tony Gatlif’s latest feature film,  Tom Medina. She was selected at the Cannes Film Festival 2021. Her character,  Stella , is a farier and a metal head, so it came only naturally that she would also rock out on screen. She wrote five tracks on the Soundtrack of Tom Medina alongside Nicolas Reyes, founder of the Gipsy Kings.
