Nicki Hails From the City of ​ of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Her journey into the music industry began at the age of 16, when she took on the responsibility of handling fan mail and letters for several local bands. At 21, she began working with the legendary Bob McCutcheon at the renowned Ritz music hall in Indianapolis. The Ritz was a hotspot for iconic performers hosting an impressive lineup of artists including The Black Crowes, Soundgarden, 2 Live Crew, and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, among others. Under Bob's mentorship, Nikki honed her skills in various roles, including production assistant, stage manager, and event production coordinator. This invaluable experience laid a strong foundation for her future endeavors in the industry.

 

Over the years, Nikki has established herself as a capable event manager, orchestrating a variety of parties and events for notable clients such as Andretti-Green Racing and Peyton Manning’s Peyback Foundation. Her expertise has also led her to collaborate with various artists, including Sweet  F.A., Budderside, and Rebecca Meldrum, to name just a few.

Additionally, Nikki has worked closely with Jesse James Dupree, the frontman of Jackyl, and his company, Jesse James Spirits. In her current role, she helps manage the bars at Pappy Hole and the Full Throttle Saloon, further solidifying her reputation in the entertainment and hospitality sectors.
